Any links from the Site to third party sites, including any and all links to social media sites, are provided only as a convenience. Your use of outside links is at your sole risk. Such links do not constitute District’s endorsement of any third party, its site, or its goods or services. District is not responsible for any outside sites, services or other materials linked to or from the Site, and disclaims all liability for any injury you may experience by using such materials. If you have any concerns regarding any outside site linked to or from the Site, please direct them to the owner or operator of the outside site.

You may not create links to the Site that portray District in a false or misleading light. You may not use any “framing” or similar techniques to enclose any portion of the Site. You may not link to any pages other than the District homepage.

You understand and agree that District will not be responsible or liable for any claim, loss or damage arising from the use of any information, goods or services.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless District and its officers, directors, owners, agents, employees, affiliates, licensees and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site or your violation of any of the Terms.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution.

The Terms will be construed according to the laws of the State of Washington, U.S., without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to the Terms, the Content, the use of the Site, or any services obtained using this Site, shall be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction located in King County, Washington. Your use of the Site constitutes your consent to submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Washington. In the event of a dispute hereunder, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and expenses incurred, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

Submissions to District

At District Clothing, we know that you like to express yourself. With the exception of any personal information you provide, which is subject to our Privacy Policy, you agree that all comments, suggestions, ideas, reviews, feedback, and any original materials like stories, drawings, artwork, designs, computer code, or merchandise, product or marketing ideas and any other submissions sent, e-mailed, posted, disclosed, submitted or otherwise offered to us on or through the Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered by you to us (collectively, “Submissions”) shall belong and remain our property.

Any communication of the Submissions to us by any means, including through third party social media site, and your agreement to the Terms of Use by using the Site and of Use shall constitute a complete assignment to us of all universal rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the Submissions. That means that we will exclusively own all such interests in the Submissions including rights, titles and the exclusive ability to use the Submissions in any way that we decide, whether for commercial use or otherwise, and without limitation, including but not limited to publication, reproduction, performance, creation of derivative works, display and distribution. You agree that we will have no obligation to provide or pay any compensation, fees or royalties for any Submissions that you make or provide any attribution to you for providing any Submissions to us. The way that we use Submissions is at our sole discretion, if we choose to use them at all and we have no obligation to review, return or keep Submissions private. If you do not want to assign your Submissions to us, do not send them to us.

You promise that any Submissions made by you are your own and that those Submissions will not violate any intellectual property or other proprietary right(s) belonging to any third party.

Please use common sense when making Submissions. Whether you’re a fan, member, liker, follower, user or friend of District Clothing, you promise to use good judgment in sharing, posting, flagging, liking, commenting, tagging, rating, conversing with others, uploading content or any other social media interactions on the Site or with regards to Submissions made on any third party sites. You also promise and agree that your Submissions to us will not be unlawful in any way or contain any libelous, abusive, inappropriate or otherwise obscene material or anything that would constitute or otherwise encourage any behavior that would be considered criminal or encourage conduct that is criminal. You alone are solely responsible for any and all of the content of the Submissions that you make.

We reserve the right to take remove any user-submitted materials, without limitation, for any reason whatsoever. We also reserve the right to take any action that we determine is reasonably necessary to correct or prevent a violation of the Terms of Use,

If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms to be void or unenforceable, that provision or portion will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible to affect the intent of the Terms, and the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of the Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties. No waiver of any past or present right arising from any breach or failure to perform shall be deemed to be a waiver of any future right arising under the Terms. The Terms are the entire agreement between you and District relating to the Site. Any other agreement between you and District regarding the subject matter of the Terms is superseded and has no force or effect. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

You can place an order at any time through our online store or by calling District Clothing toll-free at 1-866-765-7537 during our normal business hours.


We normally ship our orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS). You pay all shipping and handling charges and have the choice between Parcel Select and Priority Mail. We do not offer tracking services at this time. Please note that although District Clothing ships orders received within 1-2 business days, holidays, weekends and other factors beyond our control may increase estimated shipping times provided by USPS.


We love District Clothing and want you to love our styles too! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason send it back and we’ll cover the shipping costs. We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

To return an item:

  • Pack the item in the original packaging, if possible. Please include completed Merchandise Return Form; an incomplete form will delay the return process.
  • Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  • Fill out the form on our Return Policy page and a return shipping label will be generated for you. Print out this return shipping label and attach it to your package. You will not be charged for return shipping. To ensure timely processing of your return please clearly write your Order # on the outside of the box.
  • Allow at least 14 days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise.
  • We will refund the price of the merchandise, including any taxes you were charged, excluding all applicable shipping charges, upon receiving the item. Allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.


District Clothing currently accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Our secure server encrypts all submitted information so payment online with a credit card is safe and easy. You can also securely by phone by calling District Clothing toll-free at 1-866-765-7537 during our normal business hours.

Pricing & Availability

All posted prices are subject to change without notice and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping and handling, which vary from state to state. You are solely responsible for all sales taxes or charges. Merchandise is subject to change or withdrawal, or may be temporarily or permanently out of stock. If Merchandise becomes unavailable, District may cancel your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We are committed to quality at District Clothing, but recognize that sometimes mistakes happen or a product may be damaged. If you receive the incorrect item or a product that is damaged, we are happy to exchange it or replace it free of charge. Please contact us at customerservice@districtclothing.com or call us toll-free at 1-866-765-7537 during our normal business hours to speak with a customer service representative and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Export Shipments

District is currently only available for sale in the United States, including Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands. All other sales are expressly prohibited.

Privacy Policy

Here at District Clothing, we know that you want to stay informed and provide us information to help keep you informed. We collect information that you provide including e-mail addresses, personal information and anything else that you chose to submit to us. We also collect information contained in cookies and other web-based tools. That information may contain personal information or data about you such your shipping or billing address, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and credit card numbers and more. We use secure server software (SSL) to protect your privacy and protect your credit card information according to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).

District Clothing will never sell any of your information or share your information except as required by law or as authorized by you in your use of the Site, which is deemed to include any disclosures related to the performance of services or provision of goods that you have requested or any disclosures related to activities to investigate, prevent or take actions with regards to any suspected, potential or actual illegal activities, suspected fraud, violations of District Clothing’s Terms of Use, any threats to the physical safety of any person or as otherwise required under law or by a legal authority.

How We Use the Information That We Collect

When you create an account with District Clothing, we ask for personal information such as your name, email address, billing address, telephone number and credit card information. A credit card number is not required to sign up for an account, but is necessary to use our online store. District Clothing uses the information that we collect only for uses related to your use of the Site, including product selection, billing verification and other similar activities.

The security of any personal information submitted through the Site is important to us here at District Clothing. By using the Site, you acknowledge and accept that there may be disclosure of your personal information in some instances.


Like many other brands, we or service providers that we work with, use automated technologies like cookies or web beacons, which may include an individual, anonymous identifying marker sent to your browser from our site in the form of a small data file. These files are stored on your computer and help us identify you electronically when you visit District Clothing. You must have cookies enabled to order from our online store.

Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard

District Clothing only uses services that adhere to the requirements of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. The PCI Security Council is a collaborative effort by the payment brands that handle sensitive, personal information and includes major companies like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. By following PCI-DSS requirements and only working with service providers equally committed to those standards, we are doing our part to help to ensure that credit card information is securely handled.

We reserve the right to modify District Clothing’s privacy statement at any time without advanced notice. Please review this and all of our policies as they may change. Any material changes that are made to this policy will be noted on the Site. District Clothing also reserves to right, but is not obligated, to contact you by e-mail or by mail to inform you of any material changes made to this policy.
